How to Connect the Pre-filter to the water ionizer diverter valve on your faucet: 1. For best results, pour citric acid, lemon juice, etc. through the inside of the tube to remove the plastic taste and disinfect it first. 2. Attach one end of 1/2" gray tubing to your diverter valve. Connect the other end of this same tube to the pre-filter. Connect the alkaline water tube from your water ionizer to the other end of the pre-filter.
